WWC receives Economic Development Award
Crawford Partnership awarded WWC/GR Golf with the Economic Development Award at the 2024 State of the Vision Annual Meeting. Wurm’s Woodworking Company (WWC) was awarded the Economic Development Award for their recent expansion that included 20,000 square feet and machinery and equipment totaling $2.1M.
Started in 2006, the Crawford Partnership for Education and Economic Development is a private, non-profit corporation dedicated to driving collaborative economic, community and workforce development in Bucyrus, Galion, Crestline, New Washington, and all of Crawford County, Ohio.

Wurm’s Woodworking Company (WWC), a long-standing pillar in the New Washington community, has announced a significant expansion of its thermoforming operations. The project includes nearly 20,000 square feet of additional space, a substantial capital investment in cutting-edge molding machinery and equipment, and an overall investment of $2.1 million.
