Features: 3D Laminating & Forming These foils
can be applied vertically or horizontally to flat surfaces, curves, edges and
contoured profiles. They are
thermoformable, making them ideal for applications with doors or decorative
trim. While often referred to as membrane pressing, or
thermo lamination, this technology allows us to form kydex or thermo foils around edges normally
requiring separate edge molding treatment. This process works well on compound curves, detailed
edge profiles and deep recesses, as well as squared corners and flat expanses. Common uses can include kitchen
cabinets, cabinet interiors, closet and
home storage, ready-to-assembly (RTA) furniture and entertainment centers,
household and home
office furniture, Point of Purchase displays (POP), store fixtures and
picture frames. Logos or Company Names can be incorporated into
these products without tooling investment. |
