This rear facing flip seat bottom cushion incorporates several of WWC's capabilities into one assembled unit. We have precision cut wood substrates for 70 years. Often these components are used in seating applications but hidden from view in the base of this cushion. Since the 1980's, WWC has thermoformed seamless vinyl upholstery for the recreational and sport vehicle market, ATV, utility vehicle, emergency medical and health care industries. Seamless vinyl seat covers have no thread to become brittle and break and no point of entry for moisture to seep. In 2005, WWC purchased the golf cart seating from Grand Rock, naming this our GR Golf division.

This cushion, upholstered here, is attached to a two piece hinged black Seaboard® high-density Polyethylene (HDPE) part that is CNC routed at WWC. HDPE plastic has no moisture absorption and is FDA, USDA and RoHS compliant. HDPE parts do not rust, corrode, rot, delaminate or splinter. Common thickness ranges from 1/4" - 1". Available stock colors include Polar White, Black, Craft Gray, Mercury Gray, Seafoam and Sand Shade. It is ideal for a wide range of applications including marine and non-marine outdoor cabinetry and furniture, hatches & covers, rails, trim & components and decorative wood or metal replacement.
