This drawer assembly is CNC machined by WWC using Celtec® expanded PVC foam to include three living joints to create sharp corners that can be closed to a 90-degree angle. We then incorporate a bottom cut from Ultrafoil white one side MDF panel. This is an interior sleeper cab component used by a heavy truck OEM.

Expanded PVC foam comes in a wide range of thicknesses and in a full line of standard colors including white as shown, black, light gray, blue, red, green, yellow, beige, cool gray, light blue and custom colors are available upon request. PVC foam has superior UV performance, excellent impact properties and is die cut-able. PVC foam can also be found on outdoor signs, real estate signs, and exterior chemical processing equipment.
